Ā Ā * Fry 450g of diced mutton in a pan with one tablespoon of vegetable oil or butter until light brown (approx. 3-4 min)
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā * Empty the entire contents of the Mother's recipe Roganjosh sauce and cook, covered, over medium heat for 7-8 minutes or until the meat pieces are cooked through, stirring occasionally.
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā * Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
